I love the Owings Mills Pharmacy. The people that work there are always great, professional, friendly and caring. I also have gotten all my Covid shots there. I feel very comfortable and confident that they have my best interest in mind. Keep up the excellent job I appreciate you.
The wait in the drive through line is always ridiculously long. Today it was a full half hour. Last time I walked in because my medication had been recalled and I needed to get replacement. The pharmacist had no idea why the medication was recalled, her manager had no idea why the medication was recalled and suggested I reach out to PCP who, of course, redirected me to the pharmacy. CVS is a disgrace with abysmal customer service. Hire more staff and ones who know what they are doing.
