This CVS pharmacy is ALWAYS busy. The lines are always ridiculously long (inside and at the drive-thru). I am considering changing my pharmacy because I spend too much time here at every pick up.
It's just like Walt Disney World!!! - the wait is so long… I recommend “FAST PASSES!” lol.I called the pharrmacy 24 hours ago to be sure my refill would be processed timely - I’m disabled and no longer drive, so I must get a ride into town to even go to CVS. -Yesterday, I called to be sure it would be ready because it was the refill date and I had a ride. After 5 interactions - calls and visits to CVS today, starting at 11:00 am, I just was able to get it - time: 4:08 PM. I heard so many reasons for the delay - “In Progress”... read more
THIS LOCATION NEEDS HELP!!! ESPECIALLY SINCE RITEAIDE CLOSED, THEY HAVE BEEN SWAMPED. THE EMPLOYEES ARE OVERWORKED, AND THE LOCATION IS NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE VOLUME. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THE PHARMACY STAFF, IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT.
