This is the worst pharmacy and I'd it wasn't for my husband's insurance forcing us to use them we would NEVER go back!!!!!
Need more staff, long lines, grumpy employees. And forget calling, you will be on hold for 10-15 minutes.

Marcia rang me up at ft reg. I sd politely the holiday stuff is on sale..? I was yelled at! & told that is just how she talks! � Rudest employee! I Will Not be back! Orrville CVS -U will continue to lose customers! My $$$ can be spent elsewhere!
I just have to rant about what a positive and wonderful experience I had at the Minute Clinic today. I received so much more in depth attention than I have experienced with my primary care physician. I left feeling cared for and nurtured; and I didn't have to wait to be seen at all. I would say that a Minute Clinic for routine acute illnesses is BETTER than going to your established primary care physician. I am so thankful for the nurse practitioners who helped me today! CVS, thank you for getting healthcare right!
My husband and I came in from out of town and needed a prescription refilled , stopped at this location and what a mistake that was. Incredibly poor customer service in the pharmacy.... wasted 1hour of our time with a rude pharmacist who had the nerve to stamp "FILLED" on a prescription she wouldn't fill and to tell us we would have trouble getting it filled because of her stupidity. What a mess. I feel sorry for anyone who has to place their medical needs with this pharmacy.
