Power could be out for days but they won't transfer my prescription. So I just go without medication for days.... seems logical. Can't wait until the electricity is back on so I can take my business to Walgreens

I just watched a man cancel his loved ones refills bc he is being placed on hospice and dying. Doesn’t know if he will make it the next two days he said. The pharmacy tech remained stoic and continued to type. No acknowledgment of the man’s pain. All she needed to do was acknowledge him by saying “I’m sorry to hear that”. Instead she came across as rude and inconvenienced. People come there during their weakest times. A little compassion wouldn’t hurt.
I used this CVS for the first time today for my sons medication that his pediatrician had called in. Less than 20 minutes after leaving the pediatricians office I received a call letting me know his medicine was ready for pickup. That quick and friendly service is exactly what I needed in order to get my son home and taken care of. Thank you for a job well done!
Don't believe everything you read or see about this store or the people that work there. There are always 2 sides to every story. Most people are on their best behavior when they know they are recording or being recorded. People who create their own drama deserve their own karma.
Seeing a freind in need of medication and the way he was treated and still is being treated. Some one higher up needs to take action and train the employees with better ways to handle situations
Obviously this woman is not interested in the business and has poor customer service. Will never go here.
