I have absolutely had it with this pharmacy! Between "Riley" never being able to find my rx and having go to a computer multiple times after not being able to understand my very generic and easily spelt name plus my rx never being filled right. The pharmacist has an attitude too, if you don't like your job then don't take it out on your paying customers. Wish my insurance would let me go elsewhere! The drive-in for pick-up your medication here sucks. It took 15-20 minutes in line. I was there around 4PM and the second car to the window. IT was better during the pandemic.
I am very satisfied with the service at SVC Pharmacy! I needed to make photocopies of documents and take some photos, and at first, I had trouble doing it myself. A lady tried to help, but it didn’t work out. Then the manager, a gentleman who knows his job very well, stepped in. He patiently assisted me three times, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was completely satisfied. I am very grateful for his care and professionalism! I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
