Suddenly, you can no longer speak to a CVS pharmacist or pharmacy employee. You can only leave a message. This doesn't work for many reasons. What if you leave a message and the pharmacist calls you back while you're working? You could be playing phone tag with the pharmacy for days! I take a medication that has many possible generics it could be filled with. Several of the generics do not work for me.
