Please remind your store management that there’s a vulnerable group and 65+ folks that are still staying safe at home. There was a UPS package dropped off at CVS for me to pick up. They called to tell me it was there. I told them I wasn’t going inside places and asked if I could pick it up going through their drive thru, and they said no. I asked if upon arrival at their store, could they bring it out to me. They said no. Terrible customer service- waited way longer than quoted time and the line to check out was long with no extra employees coming to help when the ones there were overwhelmed with too many customers. Seems like they need more help.
