They are overworked plain and simple, like my insurance I can only use CVS, they have what their normal load was plus closing of Rite Aid and now Lesters, it shows and I’m concerned how they are going deal if we have an outbreak of flu or anything else, let’s all be patient with the staff I honestly believe they are doing the best they can 👍

They are inefficient, do not respect your time and are inaccurate. When they get things wrong, they do not care. The other reviewers are correct when they say that CVS needs to clean house. Better pay = better people. Bring in employees from out of the area.

The staff here is so unnecessarily rude.. “helpful” I suppose you could say in the rudest way possible.. the blonde has an attitude issue that I’ve noticed the past few times I unfortunately had to go in here. Makes me feel like I should be guilty for asking a question. Smfh. This place needs better staffing. In the mean time, I won’t be going here. Oh, forgot to mention, you’ll be standing in line for AT LEAST 15 min.

Called ahead to see if my prescriptions were ready. They told me it would be about 25-30 mins. I showed up 65 mins later. They told me they weren’t ready yet and to give them 15-20 mins to fill them. So go ahead and call them 3-4 times before showing up if you don’t want to wait every time you come in.

I dropped off two prescriptions one for me and one for my daughter. They filled them both under my daughter's name. Luckily, we didn't just pass the pill bottles to her as the type and dosing of the meds could have severe adverse affects. I called the pharmacy, they verified their error. The tech advised the pharmacist would call me. I never received a phone! The tech may have made the error but the pharmacist is supposed to double check all of the meds that go out the door.

I thought the pharmacist was very rude. I also had to wait an hour and 30 min for my prescription. Thats ridiculous no where else does it take this long. I come here because i like the savings and refill system. But to sit in this chair for this long just aint worth it. I figure its all because im getting a controlled substance. So if im gonna be discriminated against and made to wait i will take my business else where!!!!
