Extremely helpful and communicative.
I am disabled and need #7 poise pads. The website says they have the 39 count but when I got there they only have 24 count and only one of those. It is really hard for me to get there. They say the will deliver the 24 but not the 39. Why can't they at least stock more than 1 package at a time? I am ready to switch to Walgreens.
I've used pretty much every pharmacy in South Austin and have always found this one particularly difficult to deal with. Today the woman actually hung up on me. I'm pretty friendly and easygoing and just had a couple questions about generic options for a medication. HEB, Walgreens, Walmart, People's, and Randall's were all able to answer me with ease. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. It does not have to be this hard.
Excellent service, they answered all my questions and were super understanding about my concerns before getting some vaccines.
