A unknown type mass was found is my lungs a few days ago and had to get tested today for Covid 19. Unfortunately, I have not gotten a call back to learn the results of that test. New prescriptions faxed to CVS IN MINDON LA. I definitely would not recommend this Pharmacy. 3:00 today I advised the lady at the inside drop off that I wanted grape flavor in both of my child's liquid medications, that I was there to pick up three prescriptions and the name of all three prescriptions. I waited for over an hour on these prescriptions when finally they called my child's name. RecommendedJust a very friendly and helpful staff. As soon as I walk in the the door at least one employee welcomes me in, and as soon as I walk up to the counter at the pharmacy someone acknowledge my being there.."Hello someone will be right with you."And yes someone come to help in a very few minutes.Yes I Love my CVS!!!
Have had trouble all week with getting meds...waited over 2 days for insulin, 3 days for the meter and strips. Meds that were called in yesterday were written down, not in computer system, had to wait for that to be done and then filled....when I asked why, her response was, and I quote "I don't know.".....HATE this place!!! They need more help, understaffed and overworked.
here lately I've had rude calls, exceptionally long wait times and considering I live outside of town I can't go in store to ask a simple question. this is becoming insane and I'm not even sure I want to keep my business here.
It was terrible. the stupid idiot at the drive-through filed my daughter's medicine under the wrong name made us wait even longer to get it filled while she's run in fever and has a double ear infection.
Get all your medication here it's really good at keeping up with prescriptions
