Actually witnessed a very rude manager being nasty yo the employee while lines grew. No wonder the cashiers are cranky & uncaring...
If you plan on waiting days for your prescription then this is your place! I’ve waited an hour for a vitamin I could see over the counter. I’ve gotten a couple pills to have to go back for the rest days later. I’ve had prescriptions not filled at all. I’ve gotten calls about 5+ year old prescriptions being filled that I don’t even take anymore. Ridiculous. The pharmacy department is horrible
The pharmacy staff at 2 E. Jericho Tpke, Huntington Station, NY is inept, always long lines, and they can’t even process a basic prescription properly. I have to explain to them how a flex card works and the laws governing its usage. This is an ongoing problem when I pick up my sons meds every month.
By far the worst. The text emails say pickup is ready and there not. Also wait weeks to get prescription do to back order? I order the same every month and get a run around every month. Now they say I can set it in April. I went to 110 pharmacy and same day delivery. Family owned and extremely nice. Never going to CVS again.
Service at the store 2 E Jericho Tpke store in Huntington Station, NY is beyond awful. My boyfriend had outpatient surgery. The doctor called in a prescription before we left the hospital at 1:00 pm. We tried 3 times to reach the store to confirm they'd received the prescription - each time we hung up after over 5 minutes on hold. I finally went down about 4:30 to pick up the prescription and some other items he needed.
