horrible customer service
The pharmacist is extremely RUDE & NASTY & holding my medication hostage & my doctor said by law & along with the text cvs sent stating by law today I can pick my medicine up. I was supposed to get my meds last month on the 8th but cvs didn’t have it until the 12th so the RUDE man is refusing to give me my meds & stated he doesn’t care about the text sent to me or what my doctor said. I asked multiple times for a manager & their customers service help line is no help and wasted time. I’m calling corporate in the morning!
