My doctor's office accidentally sent my prescription to this location. I have been without my medication for 2 weeks as they have not responded to my pharmacy's request to transfer. Absolutely insane. Good people work at CVS, but corporate needs to get their act together this is literally the third local CVS that has become so unusable.
Atmosphere is nice, Don't like having to talk with a robot telephone to find out about a prescription. Employees at the pharmacy can be rude sometimes
Just left the pharmacy and the pharmacist was extremely rude. He happens to be the manager. I went to fill a prescription for my dog that happens to be a controlled substance that they absolutely filled last time and this time they wouldn't fill it because it was a paper script. Instead of the pharmacist explaining to me the situation and what I had to do his response was well that was the other manager iam the manager now and I don't fill paper scripts. The pharmacist who worked here today was so rude. I have been here before many times and everyone is nice but this person. I guess other people also complain about this person.
This CVS in Target is the utmost best! Brian, Arelis, and his team always go out of their way to help my husband or myself, with any scripts we have or may be new to me. They are highly above average! And we appreciate all that they do! Regards,
