I feel that CVS does not care about customers, I asked the rep to help me with my photos and his response was it self service. He was not doing anything at the front then his phone rings and he paid picked up and I pretty sure it was a personal call. I got up I left and went to Walgreens at shadow creek and the rep was very nice and helpful.
The CVS at 12806 Broadway is terrific! Pharmacist Alan C handled my situation with compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend Alan C and this CVS location!
My doctor office called my prescription in around 10a, when i arrived after 12n i was told it hadn’t been called in to that store on Broadway or any other store. I contacted my doctor office who had spoken to the pharmacist before I left the office. The pharmacist had sudden recall saying he hadn’t filled the prescription and that I would have to wait over an hour because they were going to lunch. He didn’t seem to care that I had been there for 1/2 an hour trying to prove that my dr had called the prescription in. HORRIBLE ... read more
