They did not have photos ready for an order I placed yesterday! This is the second time in two months this has happened to me. It is very disappointing.

The pharmacy manager on duty today was the most rude and condescending person I have ever dealt with. He messed up my prescription last month and again this month and is now lying about not being able to fill it when I have a text and spoke to another pharmacist days ago that said it would be ready today. Drove all the way from Conroe to Huntsville CVS on HOLD (35min) When I get there, the pharmacist doesn’t have the right info to begin with, then tells me to wait for the script that was sent 2 HOURS PRIOR!!! I wait over an hour (30min wait time was what I was told) and finally get up to see where the meds are and the tell me THEY DONT HAVE IT! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I have been an avid consumer at CVS for over 10 years. The customer service has always been superb, and its much quicker to run into CVS to get the things few things I need rather than waiting in long lines at the grocery stores. Unfortunately, today 11/10/19 was by far the worst experience I have ever had while shopping at CVS. The pharmacist was really busy & the pharmacy staff seemed very short handed & overworked!!!!
they must be having money trouble only 2 people in the Pharmacy and 1 up front but I did not see them.. Prescription call in the day before not ready the next morning you have to wait.
I avoid CVS at all costs. Every time I go into the store and a certain manager is on-duty, I have issues with her. She's extremely rude, unwelcoming, and makes customers (as I've witnessed on more than one occasion) feel inferior. I feel not welcomed and disrespected, as every question about CVS products is answered (from her) with sarcasm and a tone of arrogance so when I do need assistance, I purposely go to other staff members for help.
