This place is HORRIBLE! I have been trying to speak to the pharmacist. I have been ON HOLD for 88 minutes.. I still haven't spoke to anyone yet!
Please wear your mask going there . I went there to pick up my daughter’s prescription and this lady next to me was standing too close . When i tries to distance myself she coughed and started breathing heavily. Who does that ? So mad and angry .
I’ve been trying to get a prescription for my antidepressant filled with CVS pharmacy for well over a week. I called my insurance company, my insurance company says everything’s fine, but yet every time I talk to CVS they say it’s not. Not once did anybody even offer to give me a couple pills to hold me over. The CVS pharmacy in Westminster Maryland has got to be the lowest customer service rating. They treated my Daughter in Law Like crap, she is 24 weeks pregnant and is high risk. Her Doctor sent her over to be put on insulin. The pharmacist took her scrip and made her wait 45 min before he came out and told her that her insurance will not cover it. This so called professional would not help her, told her it was not "his job" to do that. This is why I will never use this pharmacy for anything. But they did give her the needles ... read more
