Staff is always friendly. New check in system is kind of nice. You don't have to stand there and wait for somebody to notice you through the columns. It could definitely use an upgrade. There's no privacy for customers.
The pharmacist was nasty and rude. He is ALWAYS rude to customers and they still have him working there SMH.
The CVS at 200 Malcolm Dr inside Target is wonderful. They go out of their way to help you and give you the best experience as possible. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and kind. This is a Top Notch store.
This location NEEDS to hire more people. Every time I come here there is one tech that is doing his best, but a line of 5 or 6 people that takes 20-40 min to get through. They don’t have the time to keep the location clean or organized while being buried with patients. Top that off with inventory shortages and it is not worth having your prescriptions here
