They no longer take my FSA card so it defeats the purpose because submit a request to insurance for reimbursement. It's time consuming!
Can never reach anyone by phone. You either have to drive down there or deal with their useless AI assistant who isn’t helpful at all.
Can never get a hold of anyone. Only lets me leave a voicemail. I got my dentist to send some medicine here and I’m not really from the area. It’s urgent and I needed to speak with someone to confirm my prescription but I can’t get ahold of anyone.
