doesn't answer the phone. been on hold for 53 minutes early on a Saturday morning. can never get the Rx filled in reasonable timeframe. often OUT of meds. long wait either inside or drive thru.
I was just on hold for 1 hour and 57 minutes. This is not the first time, either. I gave up. Again. Now I'm going to waste more time driving there, likely for no reason, hence the phone call effort. 3 hours will be wasted total today on this store.
WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD! Broke your collar bone don’t worry we know you haven’t had any pain meds since LAST NIGHT. Our wait is an hour AND WHEN THAT HOUR IS UP... we gladly tell you there’s a hour and a half wait added on even though you have already waited an hour. They literally don’t care about your health & wellness
I think you may need to teach your pharmacists a bit of compassion, accountability and just over being "human" when dealing with people who NEED their meds and we are only there because we HAVE to be!! They asked to spend their day in a pharmacy for their job....we have to come because of an illness, condition or something else that we are dealing with. They could use some customer service skills :(
