Worst place to call into about a prescription. I just went in circles with a automated machine.
1st- their new recorded robot system is horrible. It never gets the information I enter or say right. I've tried 3 tines to just enter the prescription number I need refilled but its not programmed to do that anymore. 2nd- since the new changes to medicaid took place October 1. Instead of looking at my profile and seeing that I had a pre-authorization for name brand a few years back and seeing that I had been getting name brand all this time they just immediately decided they would switch me to the generic which they have be... read more
