This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Taking anywhere from 2 to 5 days to get my prescriptions filled that my doctor electronically submits during my appointments. Can you imagine being sick and waiting days to get your antibiotics, etc? I call and wait up to an hour for someone to answer to be hung up on when put on hold. Sadly they bought out 2 other pharmacies in this town so it’s CVS or Wal Mart for us. Waiting on the phone for over 1 hour. Then I got hung up on. Called back for 30 minutes and got hung up again. I just want to see if my medicine is ready for pickup.
This pharmacy needs someone to answer the phone. They are extremely understaffed. A CVS pharmacy out of state tried for two days to get them to answer the phone for a emergency prescription refill. Faxes were also sent and front cashier was asked by them to take a message to call them. They never responded. First day they were on hold 1.5 hours and the second 1 hour and nobody ever answered the phone. I was also calling and could not get through for two days. I waited 1 hour for a medication which was to be filled 7 hours prior, only to be told the medication was not ready. This pharmacy consistently under delivers in service to our community. I recommend trying to find another pharmacy in the area, which has better management.
They do NOT have any organization they are rude disrespectful and NEVER have anything ready on time

While at CVS I witnessed something that truly upset me . The manager searching the pockets of an employee as she was leaving. I question her about it she said the had to search everyones pockets. So without reasonable cause they search their employees. I am not sure this will be a place I can support form now on. Shame on you CVS.
Fast and very friendly. I love CVS. THAT'S WHY THEY DO MY SCRIPTS.
