I always have a great experience when I visit CVS!
A friend just had a seizure inside at the pharmacy counter and not one person working there could be bothered to help past calling 911, for which he had to ask them too. And while he was screaming and crying for help not one person stepped out from behind the counter. A customer at the drive thru parked and went in to assist them until ems could get there. They will never get my business. A little sympathy could have went a long way.
I'm sorry, but this pharmacy has the worst customer service! It is ridiculous.
Alicia was able to assist me on Saturday the 14th around 10 am. She was courteous, polite & very helpful. I was really stressed that morning trying to get a very necessary medicine for my grandson.I truly appreciated the calm manner in which I was taken care of. Thank you again!
Worst pharmacy ever ... Terrible customer service
The pharmacy doesn't deserve even a rating of 1. I was I. The drive thru to pick up medicine for my sick grand baby and the pharmacist was very rude, obviously they forgot about customer service and being a decent person. I have her name and she will be reported. I dont disrespect my patients and she shouldn't hers either.
