I just sat on hold for 20 flipping minutes and finally hung up! They never answer their phone in a timely fashion. I will drive to 30 minutes just to talk to the rude pharmacist.
Do not let customers schedule a 1230 appt for flu shot if you will not give a shot at that time. The pharmacist was literally there and said he had to go to lunch..a shot takes like 1 minute and my appt was confirmed. They said I could wait until 1:00..well, can't, I'm on lunch, too.
Insurance stopped covering my boys' meds and I never received a call. had to call and find out myself why they hadn't filled it. Was told they would send something to my doctor. Call next day and they claim they had not got a response, did not bother to tell me because they never sent my dr anything! Found that out from the doctor. Nurse says call and find out what they will cover, I said okay but, they're rude! 🤷🏽♀️ Guess what, pharmacist herself decides to tell me they don't have a "magical list" to tell me or my doctor... read more
I love Benton CVS and alot of the ones that work there. They always treat me good. I love the pharmacy employees as well. They always try to help me in any way they can. Y'all are the best. God bless y'all.
There public relations are bad no smiles no kind words if another pharmacy in Benton had a drive up I'd be gone. Fred,s pharmacy had to close do to Illinois state so behind in payments they smiled at you as hey came to great you, knee most of there customers names and had time to listen if you needed to talk your pharmacy people are cold
