The service at this CVS Pharmacy is disappointing. Staff communication is poor, and some seem tired and unprofessional. I was told my medication was ready, but when I arrived, it was gone, almost causing me to cancel an operation. Wait times are too long, with only one person working while others seem disengaged. On a positive note, one staff member he is stands out for being friendly and professional, but overall, improvements are needed.
As CVS's go, they are all terrible places. Crummy apps, disinterested personnel, outrageously high prices, etc., I could go on and on. This one is perhaps the worst of the bunch. I've always encountered very long lines for pick ups.
