I have been going here for 10 years+ and the service in the last year has declined dramatically! My Script that I have been using for 10 years was called in by my doctor 10 days ago and still not filled. I have been given delivery excuses, no communication unless I call. I had already moved most of my Scripts to Safeway, but this was last straw for the one remaining script I left here. Great staff very professional
The service at this CVS Pharmacy is disappointing. Staff communication is poor, and some seem tired and unprofessional. I was told my medication was ready, but when I arrived, it was gone, almost causing me to cancel an operation. Wait times are too long, with only one person working while others seem disengaged. On a positive note, one staff member he is stands out for being friendly and professional, but overall, improvements are needed.
