RecommendedMake sure you count your pills when you pick them up...they are claiming they gave me 90 capsules on August 7...meanwhile it’s beginning of October and I ran out of pills. No way did I lose a months supply of pills....this is crazy.....I went without pills which was detrimental to my health....PLEASE COUNT YOUR PILLS!!!! I will never make that mistake again.....this situation made me very upset.....
DO NOT GO HERE, DON’T EVEN CALL!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service, nothing is ever ready at the pharmacy even when you use the app, they never answer the phones, there’s like 50 of them working and you can watch grass grow faster than anything else. And no it’s not like this because of covid19 it’s ALWAYS like this.
STAY AWAY FROM 97 01 IF YOU VALUE LIFE. THIS PLACE NEEDED TO BE SHUT DOWN I have been having issues with. pharmacy at 97 01 liberty ave. for 3 days. corporate is no help. cvs.com no help. cant get thru to phamacy. the have high blood pressue medicine which has been in process for 26 hours and have no idea why. this has become a health hazard for me. guess I will call lawyer tomorrow and see what action I can take against them blood pressure up over 150 because of this. Always a line.no self service kiosks. Not enough registers open. Cashiers that act like the customers have all day to wait. Prefer the one on Atlantic Ave. Or on Crossbay Blvd. Only went to the one on Liberty ave. Because I needed something that wasn’t at the other location. Also...no garbage cans inside or outside the store anymore?? Wow!
Terrible management at this specific location. They were trying to tow my car while I was shopping in the store.
Request via phone on 09/01/15 for deliver of my refilled medication, was informed during the phone conversation that my medications will be delivered on 09/02/15. Called the Pharmacy at approximately 15: 35 inquiring about the delivery. The person answering the phone inform me that the meds will be delivered on 09/03/15. I agree that there are issues that can cause delays or postponement but I cannot understand why someone cannot call to advice on the situation.
