The lead pharmacist (Dawntrell Anderson) was completely rude and uncaring.
The CVS on Covington hwy 20 are the best. I love it, as soon as they see me they already know my name without looking it up. They always ask me how I'm feeling today. That makes me feel good inside to know that someone took the time that don't know me on a personal level to wanted to know how I'm feeling and listening to the response. The CVS in NYC never did that it was Good morning and are you here for a pick up.
Ive been with CVS pharmacy for a very long time (many years) and have been nothing short of extremely pleased with your services. Your automated message notifications and reminders are so extremely helpful. I also love the convenience of free delivery options with CVS membership (that pays for itself and well worth it). The pharmacy customer service is above 5 stars! They always respond to my questions promptly with a phone call or voicemail. You guys are so awesome!
