Lack of empathy from the pharmacy team.
Why to use this call automated system if doesn’t work!!!! I can not even talk to a real person! Disappointed!
I would highly recommend retaining the current staff and pharmacist — they were extraordinary during my recent visit. Everyone communicated clearly, worked together seamlessly, and went out of their way to help me save both time and money. It was truly a pleasure, unlike some other experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Thank you all so much for your outstanding service!
