Appreciate CVS for so many reasons. I typically make it my last stop of the day to pick up prescriptions, OTC and personal care items. I can find what I want, check out quickly (including in Pharmacy), add a vaccination if needed, and reach home without delay after a long day.
Pharmacy workers must be able to speak clear, coherent, English. There is absolutely no excuse to have poor English communication skills in this setting. Information must be presented in a manner that is clearly understood. Everyone at the pharmacy was friendly and helpful. However, when I clearly expressed an inability to understand what was being said the lady just kept pointing and motioning that I should select ok. Why to use this call automated system if doesn’t work!!!! I can not even talk to a real person! Disappointed!
