What actually goes on at this pharmacy? They never have things ready on time. The drive through always has 100 people waiting. You wait, you get frustrated, then you finally park and go in and wait behind 50 more people. GET IT TOGETHER! Hire more people if the ones here aren’t getting it done, find someone who can. 🙄
All the other stores in the area were closed (due to Hurricane Harvey) but the manager said he'll be open until 6pm to help the community. Thank you!!!
What's the point of ordering photos ahead of time for printing, they are never ready when you arrive at stated pick up time. The point of preorder is to save time. So annoying.
Absolutely terrible pharmacy. The "miswrote" the prescription for my 1 year old. We gave him 2 doses, then realized something was not right. Called the pharmacist, Jennifer, who did not apologize. She just said they would take up the problem internally. This was not a doctor writing a prescription issue, this was entirely on CVS and the pharmacist and tech, who both did not notice a terrible mistake. We will not be going there again, and I will be emailing the CVS corporate.
Uninformed and disengaged staff, empty shelves and consistent only in long lines and poor treatment of customers. One of the worst CVS locations in Houston.
