I have had a wonderful experience today during my visit to the pharmacy wherein the prescription was written for 90 day supply and the lady who served me and the entire team performed the due diligence to call and check in with doctor if a 90 day supply was actually needed as they thought a 30 day supply would suffice and this the doctor confirmed thereby saving me from purchasing for an added 60 day supply that would be totally unnecessary. Rude pharmacy staff that were not knowledgeable regarding how to refill prescriptions. I was also told that the pharmacy closed in 10 minutes and to help me would take longer than that so I was turned away. Very disappointing especially for people who rely on their medications.
