Checked in and waited patiently, was then told they’d expedite to give it ten minutes. Came back. 15 mins later only to be told my Rx was out of stock, they apologized blaming it on a new employee but I was in a lot of pain, go figure. Now having to attempt to fill at a location that’s actually worse.
I used to actually enjoy coming to this location. It felt more like a local mom and pop pharmacy than the huge corporation operation than it its. The people that work there are nice, and I always had very pleasant interactions. Now, instead of going up to a counter and being greeted by a human being, you have to enter your information in a kiosk and someone brings you your prescription with the bare minimum of human interaction. I walked in with only one prescription ready to be picked up but the the staff made sure to check if there was anything else that I could maybe pick up at the same time and low and behold I walked out with 2 prescriptions. This was perfect customer service and just a time saving experience. Thank you guys I appreciate you.
