May 01, 2017--Pharmacy was awful. I had waited for 30 minutes at the drive through. I found out he only took care all the walk in customers but not drive though customer. He should have told me that the drive though was closed instead of keep telling me to waiting for more 30 minutes in the dark outside. I did not mind to go inside the store if he told me that he could not take drive through customers today. No apologize from him but rude response. No more CVS for me.
I have been going to the cvs on rt one for over 3 years - no problem ,employee all spoke ,read and wrote English very good. Then about 8 months ago all the good employee were gone and been replace with non speaking ,reading or writing English employees. It took 5 trips to get one medicine for my husband I am so tied of it. I speak very very slow and pronoun each word correctly and then still can not understand. It seem that the only sentence they can speak is "write name , address and birthday on paper " I don't think so If ... read more
