Terrible customer service there was a miscommunication with the doctor and order should have been cancelled so could be picked up at my normal pharmacy but they just didn’t bother to do that so couldn’t fill it tonight

Idiots at this store. They keep calling my phone and I DO NOT get prescriptions from them. I tried to cancell it but they still are coming in. I HATE CVS.
First I was waiting days to get my medication because they were "waiting for authorization for my doctor". I called my doctor and they said there was never an authorization request submitted. They submitted it for me and said it should be at CVS. I went to CVS and they said they just got authorization but they don't have any of my medication in stock. Good place, they know their stuff. Got put on hold for my rx because it flagged drug interaction, better safe than Sorry! Just wished they had let me know what was going on�
