First of all, some of the worst service I have ever received from any store.. So they could definitely require a little more customer service training. Secondly, they could stop acting like they are a superior pharmacy. Everyone across the globe knows Walgreens has always been better and will always be better. I used to love having all my prescriptions filled at your pharmacy on W 3rd Street Marion for a long time. However, within the past few months, it seems that your customer service has not been as great. I went in a few times when it wasn't busy with no one in line but me...there were 2 or 3 people behind the counter and I stood in an empty line behind the sign that said wait here. do what ya all are paid for , it not mcdonalds fries we all are ordering here , ya guys are messing with our medical issues & not just a craving for some fries but ya all act like ya are working at a fast food restauraunt , do unto us as you would have us do to youans - my wife Lisa Adams has any issues medical issues from youans piss poor service = we be seeking advice from our attorney , that goes the same for my sister in law Suzie Landis's mom if she gets any medical issues form youns piss poor service
They are unable to do a simple refill within a reasonable time. Called Refill in at 1030 Am and now being told they were running slightly behind refilling RX. 6 hours is not running slightly behind. piss poor service
Their drive thru takes too long. They need to figure out how to. BE quicker
If I could leave NO STARS I would horrible service the mangers should all be replaced
My family member had a bad experience today with the manager!! He was told to get his black a$s out of the store several times.. The manager should be ashamed!!
