I received a telemarketing call from CVS today. Wanting to tell me about discounts I could receive if I fill all my prescriptions there. I would not have given them my cell phone number if I thought I would get a telemarketing calls from them. I feel they have misused my information, that I provided for a medical transaction.
I entered the store and the cashier was the only one to stop what she was doing to acknowledge my presence and was wonderful. The pharmacist who was not very nice, pawned me off to another person who was most likely a technician and wasn't very pleasant either. Customer Service was lax in this CVS so much so that I will go out of my way to drive to Greensburg or Lawrenceburg Walgreens.
