I started getting my prescription at CVS before work. Suddenly after about a year I pull up one day having to be to work at 8 and the man at the window tells me I can't get it filled until 8 because it's not "technically" that day yet for their store. So tell me why it was able to be done for months upon end until suddenly they want to follow policy. I called and asked for a list of all the times and dates I got my meds from them in the past. Worst pharmacy staff I have ever interacted with! After 1 hour and 20 minutes my single prescription still isn't ready. They are rude and inconsiderate to their customers!

Today it's poor, I bought my usual purchases. the 12-pack of cokes were double marked. 4/$12 and on the other side of the cartons it said 2/$3.50. Now which would you expect? I told the clerk about the discrepancy in price. She went to check, and brought back the sticker and said 4/12, I said, yes, and on the other side it says they are 2/3.50. She very begrudgingly gave me the 2/3.50 of which I bought 4. What SHE should have done!!! is check the price, come back with a smile on her face, and say she was sorry for the confus... read more
