My prescription was called into CVS Ledgewood on a Tuesday and I received a text message that it was on order. I called on Friday and the automated system said it would be ready by 11:00 PM on Saturday. I went to pick it up on Sunday and was told it wasn't ready and would be in on Tuesday but they didn't seem sure about it and said wait to get the message that it's in. I’m so disappointed in the Mendham CVS that took over about a year ago. I tried to give transition and takeover into account. It has been such a disappointment, professionally , pharmacy is inefficient and rude a year later!made several mistakes and unwilling customer service to reconcile errors. Time to find another pharmacy!
I like the minute clinic. You wait longer than a minute but I understand she's only one person. I think maybe they should have two people taking care of people so it goes faster and so the dr doesn't get overwhelmed. But I do not get my prescriptions done there because they aren't efficient. You wait a long time to get them or they mess it up I don't know what there doing back there. I get my meds at Walgreens and if they ever get a clinic there I wouldn't go to cvs anymore plus they have more bargains there.
Hats off to Zach - he was the only one who could resolve my prescription issue with the insurance company!
My boyfriend and I just waited 45 minutes for a routine prescription refill, and never got it. While we waited, 4 other patrons stormed out of the store in frustration. With 5+ people behind the pharmacy counter, no one seems to know what they're talking about or how to get anything done. Thanks to this truly horrendous service, we will be filling all prescriptions at Walgreens from now on!
AWFUL PHOTO CENTER. The Wi Fi connection times out before you can even finish making a holiday card. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHOTO NEEDS. NOT even the manager can help you. WASTE OF MY TIME!
By far, the worst service ever. I almost ALWAYS have a problem every single time I come here. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a pharmacy with a staff that actually has a clue AND cares about their customers.
