For at least the 4th or 5th time in the past 5 months, my prescription is "out of stock". Mind you, the prescriptions I am trying to fill are for insulin- both NPH, and regular. I have also had this problem with filling prescriptions for diabetic test strips. How is it that diabetic medications are never in stock, and it is always a 2-3 day wait before they will be in stock?!? And the best response I get is- "try calling around the state to find another CVS that can maybe, possibly fill the order." Yes, because I am 9 months... read more
I am on vacation here and all though it took a bit I was able to fill my prescription Lila and Conrad (pharmacy tech) were awesome!
Very disappointed with the way the ECB's are being handled. I went in Sunday 3/12 and received $10 ECB's. I just went to get some items and it says that they expired in exactly one week from 3/12. One week???!!! Since when has that happened usually they give you a few weeks???
Very disappointed w the new CVS coupon policy. I will be shopping at Rite Aid now, as CVS is no longer interested in my business, by means of their new coupon policy etc.
Theirs always a line unless u go late at night. Should have more people working the registers
