Worst customer service ever. I waited at window while she totally ignored me playing with a stapler, fluffing papers. I finally said excuse me is this where I'm suppose to be to get my prescription? She said it would take an hour and she didn't want to help anyone else as she was going home. Told me to go to Walgreens, very rudely. so I did. won't be back!!!!
Grossly understaffed! I'm sure for those that are on staff they are grossly underpaid for the volume of customers they have to service. One of my husbands refills was not in the badge when we pick them up yesterday. No one bothered to let us know prior to pick up that they were out of stock and that it was on backorder until the end of the month. What is he supposed to do when he runs out??? Why don't you keep extra on hand for those you know get this every 30 or 90 days. UNBELIEVABLE!
It is honestly the worst CVS ever. I hate it more than anything when we have to get anything filled. It's chaotic, unorganized, and the way understaffed. The staff don't want to provide any extra services. They don't offer to locate a medication at another CVS like they are supposed to offer. They never call if they have a problem, instead just wait until you pick it up.
I have never had an issue with getting a prescription filled. My wait times are usually normal and the staff is pleasant.
This pharmacy is chaotic, disorganized and way under staffed. The prescriptions are never ready as promised and you can forget speaking to a person without waiting 30 mins on hold when you call. I truly feel sorry for the employees who work there. It's not like this just at flu season but ANY time of year! It stinks to be dictated by your insurance to use them.
They take forever to fill a prescription! They tell you it'll be ready in 2 hrs & you wait longer to go pick it up & it's STILL NOT READY! They only have one person working (she's busting her butt) & the Pharmacist! This is ridiculous.
