The WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Normally CVS in general is pretty good but the Jasper AL location is a JOKE! They never have anything together, scripts aren’t ready when they say they are, they have no customer service skills because they’re extremely rude. I deal with them on a work level sending them scripts from the Doc I work for and today was getting my own filled. I will never be back. I’m going to get my hard copy script on my lunch and going straight to Walgreens!!
The pharmacist was so rude to me about a prescription. Actually said if you can’t afford your medication, you need to figure something else out. I called once I got home for him to explain to my husband what was going on with the Rx. I told him I wanted him to speak with him in the exact tone he used with me, the pharmacist immediately hung up on me. Never again!
Their customer service and response times are ridiculous. It shouldn’t take several phone calls and a total hour of waiting to get someone on the phone!!!
Well about three years ago they gave me bad medicine and when I brought it up to them and how sick I was, documented by blood work from my doctor that is only explained by a bad medication batch, and that it is causing my cancer to grow they said “oh well that can happen” and completely blew it off. This is the most awful place to get Rx filled!! They take forever and don’t have it ready when they say they will and then try to make excuses for it. I dropped off an Rx and told them I would be back in 3 hours to get it and they still didn’t have it ready!! 3 Hours!!!
It took 7 days, multiple calls from my Dr’s office, and daily visits to the store before my prescription was finally filled. The pharmacy area was full of disgruntled customers on every visit. I was told on two occasions that the medicine had to be ordered, but then that the warehouse didn’t send it. Always sounds so rude and unhappy when you call the pharmacy🙄
Dropped 2 prescriptions off by 3:15pm at 101 Airport Road, Jasper, Al. Was told they would be ready at 5:15. Went to pick them up at 7:15. I was told they were not ready. I needed to move from the drive thru and come back in 15 minutes. I said it has been 4 hours. You told me 2 I’ll wait. They told me I could not wait in the drive thru. Aweful customer service. Only use them because it is were my insurance allows. Manager is just as bad as staff. Rude. If you call or when you get medications filled they act as if you have disrupted their entire day. I have NEVER dealt with such rude people in my life. The wait time is always greater than 3 hours which is fine. If the staff wasn't so rude.
