CVS in Jasper Alabama is horrible..Rude,incompetent staff..Prescriptions are never ready..Management does nothing about rude staff..Our last name is Garza,makes you wonder why they are rude every time we go there..Walgreens is a much better pharmacy to go to..
I called in a rescue inhaler monday and Wednesday to have filled. called dr today, they say nothing electronically was sent to them. so call cvs back. just off phone with them. their response oh we r out of that and dont know when we will get them. seriously why couldn't you say this monday or at least Wednesday. so know I have to call another pharmacist. thank god Sheldon's has them and they r going take care of me. so CVS u more than likely lost my business
Terrible Service!! Employees on phones! Worried and talkn about fellow coworkers not showing up for work...like instead fill the prescriptions then GOSSIP ALL U WANT!! Something that should have been filled roughly 2 months ago and still NOT FILLED!!! And NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS! U get there and they are not busy!! How are they even staying on that job?????!
Hateful ppl work there I will never go back
I was at CVS with my 4 year old daughter to get batteries today, and we had the pleasure of getting in a line where an older gentleman was at the register. He took time out of his day to have a conversation with her and took a quarter out of his own pocket for her to get a candy bar. What a wonderful store with wonderful workers!
This is our second trip to CVS in Jasper. We left the first time and went to Huntingburg just to get sent back and all we doing is picking up a money gram we are working with Donna and she cannot give us the money gram and the supervisor is avoiding the situation she's not helping in anyway when we walked in we told Donna that we would like to speak with the supervisor and she would not help us. Extremely frustrated won't be using this service again.
Love cvs!! I use the Jasper store but all cvs stores are welcoming, clean, professional and caring! I got a new med today and had a question. I called and left a message for the pharmacist. He called me back within 5 minutes!
