The line to pick up a prescription is an absolute nightmare! everytime I go to get a prescription, there is always a line, and it is always a minimum of 10 minutes of standing there and waiting while the one clerk they have on duty checks people out. By the way, that clerk is always cranky and unpleasant. Her name is Song, & I imagine the reason she's cranky and unpleasant is because she's trying to do the job of three people.
