CVS in Hodgkins is good because the staff members are professional and kind.
Service honestly amazing.
I’m very disappointed with the service at the CVS in Hodgkins. I asked them to transfer my prescription from the Walgreens on Ogden, and it never happened. They didn’t call me with any updates, didn’t follow up, and didn’t communicate anything at all. I kept waiting, thinking they were working on it, but nothing ever moved forward. When it comes to medication, reliable communication is important, and this location really fell short. Very frustrating experience.
CVS Did not have the product I needed. Grant it, the product is in high demand in the summer, but you would think they would order more for the season. Skin so Soft by Avon
