Visited the pharmacy 6/11/26 at 12:22pm. The pharmacist named Morgan was extremely rude and refused me service. I stood at the consultation window, at first she didn’t acknowledge me and another team member who was not a pharmacist had to approach me, after they couldn’t help, she literally just spoke to me loudly from the computer area, didn’t get up to speak to me, which based on the privacy partition at the window, did not comply with providing any privacy or confidentiality. My pharmacist at CVS Oak Lawn did a stellar job today. She worked DILIGENTLY to locate a coupon that reduced my prescription refill cost from over $100 to $43.81! She is always a blessing and she made my day.
This pharmacy has amazing customer service. Everyone is super polite and works really fast. They answered all of my questions and even gave me extra information that was really helpful. The staff was patient, kind, and hardworking. I love coming here and definitely recommend it.
They are getting better, but still need to stop people from following me & saying, "Sorry."
