This is an overall average store/pharmacy. Somewhat inefficient. My last visit was at 3p with only one person working the counter. Also, the person in front needed extra care and I waited 10 minutes, with 4 people behind me, to pick up a prescription. The people seem to have basic training and could be a little more friendly; they sort of act like they are doing you a favour. Talk to someone in charge if you have a problem.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Pharmacist Gavin for going above and beyond during a recent visit. He caught a critical dosing error made by my doctor and made sure I received the correct and safe prescription. His attention to detail and commitment to patient safety truly made a difference. Gavin was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but also exceptionally kind and patient.
