Extremely poor customer service. After an excessively long drive-thru wait, when it was finally our turn, the pharmacist’s rushed and dismissive attitude resulted in an entirely unnecessary trip back to the pharmacy. During the second visit, when I expressed my frustration, I found her response very rude and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

The pharmacy has always had problems with me.lf it is something personal, I would like to know what have I wronged. Last time my prescription was out of stock, this time I called in advance and ensured everything is good with it, they assured me yes and 2 days later, they have missing information and now docs office is closed and I don’t have access to my medicine. My favorite pharmacy is CVS. I have had negative experiences at other similar stores. Whenever I go to CVS, pharmacists are helpful and patiently address my concerns. Kudos to them as well as their pharmacy trainees, assistants, those who re-stock the shelves and their cashiers. Keep up the good work!
