My favorite pharmacy is CVS. I have had negative experiences at other similar stores. Whenever I go to CVS, pharmacists are helpful and patiently address my concerns. Kudos to them as well as their pharmacy trainees, assistants, those who re-stock the shelves and their cashiers. Keep up the good work!
If you want to experience highly unprofessionalism personnel, this is the pharmacy to visit. From the attitude of the pharmacy techs to the cashier, they do not know how to speak to customers. Whoever manages this pharmacy, you need to train your staff to be courteous and respect the customers and not act like they are entitled.
