Same ole same ole visit. Not a hello, how can I help you--nothing. "are you picking up or dropping off?". Answer them. "last name" Answer them. "first name" Answer them. "Date of birth" answer them. Then I hear you owe this much money ($). I drop my card in the box and a minute later, the medicine, receipt and card come back. Not thank you or have a good day--nothing! CVS needs to do better!
