Terrible customer service. Son was scheduled for a return visit after receiving a TB vaccination. NOBODY in the clinic to see him at 9am (his appt time). He returned 2 hours later and still nobody at this location. Called customer service to find out why nobody was at this site and was told they had no idea, maybe hours were cancelled for some reason. Could not suggest what to do since this type of appt can not just be reschedule, but has to be evaluated 72 hours after original appointment. I insisted that somebody at their ... read more

I was in there today (2/22/16) to pick up a prescription. There was a huge line and about 10 techs working as well as the walk in clinic staff. While waiting at the counter for my meds, I nearly passed out. I left the line and went and sat on a chair with my head down. My 11 year old daughter was crying. She took my phone and called my family for help. The person helping us brought my insurance card out to her and saw I was unwell. She told my daughter she would put my meds to the side. Got there at 9 pm with a prescription from the ER in Oviedo for my daughter. The technician told me half hour waiting. I explained to the her that I just picked up my daughter from the ER and she was in the car and that I had both my grandkids sick home with a neighbor. They all got a stomach bugs and they were very sick. I begged for a faster service and she said "half hour" again when there was nobody at the counter.
