Have been on hold 30 minutes to ask pharmacist a question
RecommendedTonight I needed to get an antibiotic filled, Walgreens would not fill it because it was 30 minutes before they were closing. Called CVS, they were also closing at 9 and the pharmacist said to bring it and they had it filled in 10 minutes. Thank you so much.
Thank you to Christina at CVS Pharmacy for using every discount possible so i could purchase my sons medicine that he’s in desperate need of. I can’t express how grateful i am that you took your time assisting me and making it possible for me to get this medicine today and not have to wait any longer!
I remember why I stopped using this pharmacy. My medication was sent in a day before to be filled. I come the next day and wait in line 30 mins (no joke) get to the window and I'm told it wasn't ready. When I tell he woman I've been in line for 30mins waiting and it should have been ready the day before, she annoyingly just scoffs and tells me I need to move out of the drive thru and wait another 15mins. I'll be sure to go back to the pharmacy I was using before.
The young girl cashier working last night was so Sweet. I used a bunch of coupons and did 3 transactions and she was so patient and nice. I wish all cashiers were as awesome as her! �
I'm on vacation and I forgot my medicine at home, the pharmacist was able to look me up and get my prescription filled in 10 minutes! She was very pleasant and informative.
Called an hour before going in to pick up my daughters prescription and was told, "it's just being finished up now.". But when I got to the store, was told "it's still being processed. Bottom line, I was blatantly lied to. This store has gone into the trash, in the passed year.
Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. If they moved any slower, they'd be going backwards.
Worst pharmacy department. The wait is ridiculous and customer service is non-existent.
