First the good stuff. I find the pharmacy to be clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Service is prompt. And the bad stuff. I suspect the management is pretty loose. Imagine having the staff member who gave a COVID-19 test to the person in front of me turn to help me with his mask half on; his nose uncovered. That mask doing no good while he’s breathing in and out of his nose. When I asked if his nose shouldn’t be covered, he replied that no it should not. My husband's insurance requires that we go through CVS pharmacy. However, for over a year now, he has been having issues getting his prescriptions refilled. This isn't a one time thing. It is every single time he has to refill a script. The pharmacy says that when he runs out of refills, they will contact his Dr. office and get the ok to refill it. This place is horrible. I take metroprolol twice a day and had gotten my script filled at this store for over 2 years. For some reason, which they have yet to explain, they skipped filling it at the beginning a January. I finally got it sorted out and got my prescription (late) only to have the same thing happen now. And when my wife called today to get the script filled I received a text saying it can't be filled until February 27th. That means over 2 weeks with no pills. Pharmacy manager is a liar and has no regard for a persons health and wellness. He definitely is not a noce person!
Slow in every aspect. Prescriptions might be ready 3 days after you submit them. Terrible.
Rude service all around. The pharmacy “manager” Shawn Luekenga was extremely unprofessional. Staff lied to the store manager about what actually happened. The manager of the store is a coward. Went to him early the next morning to talk to him about the service. He said he would talk to his assistant that day and call me. But failed to do that. He banned my girlfriend from the store without her even present. Very piss poor place.
