Very poor service management skills over a long period. Always a different pharmacist. Some are very good although most seem to have thinly veiled contempt for customers.
The pharmacy notified me within an hour of leaving my doctor that my script was ready. The staff was able to enter my insurance info and I got my script for free instead of the original cost of $18.00.
Honestly this pharmacy doesn’t even deserve the one star.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the team at CVS Pharmacy for going above and beyond to ensure my wife received the care and service she needed. When she encountered an issue with another pharmacy, the CVS team didn’t hesitate to step in and offer assistance. This location should be shuttered. The pharmacist has a support staff that repeatedly fail her. From the unmotivated, to the uninformed, the most basic of service expectations have gone unfulfilled. It seems apparent that CVS cannot adequately staff a third, least convenient store within such close proximity to other locations that have drive through capabilities.
