Worst pharmacy ever (bangor location only) if you can go somewhere else do it. They are rude and incompetent beyond belief. Have problems every single time I go in there to pick up. Treated poorly for wanting to provide my insurance information,l at the beginning of the year, which they didnt have on file and refused to take ...had to call the 800 # for this to be fixed then drive back to pick up. Very helpful. They will bend over backwards to save customers money. They will refer you to manufacturers coupons as available. Also great with vaccines here. Caitie and Kristen are great.
Tried to pick up medicine yesterday and could not. They said their computer system was down and they didn't know when it would be back up, and it didn't matter that it might be life-saving medication, and they had no backup plan or to allow people to purchase/pick up filled prescription meds. This situation is incredibly irresponsible and dangerous. I couldn't reach a representative by phone at the corporate office x2 to provide feedback (because I was on hold a long time).
