I purchased a defective pair of headphones from CVS and went back to return them and was refused on the count that they have the right to refuse a return. I’m very upset and would like to contact Corporate about the situation. This CVS is location 9360 East Greenfield Rd Detroit, Michigan 48228 is in my neighborhood and I go there all the time. At the CVS on Greenfield and Chicago, the customer service is ALWAYS great; particularly the people in the Pharmacy Department. However, no matter what time you go to the store, you can NEVER get cash back; day or night, forcing you to have to spend an extra $6 dollars if you have to use the ATM machine in the store. Every other CVS that I go to that is never an issue. That is why I am rating the store a "1", and also contacting corporate.
