Pay close attention to your prescriptions and make sure they are actually filled as written by your doctor. Had an employee lie about the number of items on the prescription, had to question her several times to get a response and that was still a work of zero effort fiction
Terrible customer service!! I'm moving all my prescriptions to Walgreens. I called my prescription in at 2:00 pm. It was not ready when I got there at 9:30pm. The pharmacy tech blamed it on all the sick people with the flu and told me I had to wait 3 more hours. I understand that people are sick. They need more help during flu season!!! The pharmacist with white hair told me he couldn't do a refill because it was a day early. He could have but he was overwhelmed! He didn't want to because he was so busy. I absolutely hate the 24 hour CVS. My medicine was not filled this morning when I called at 8am and when I called at 7pm when I got off they said it would be ready by 9. I signed up to be texted when my RX would be ready since I’d be in the parking lot waiting. 10pm came around and I still had not gotten a text so I went inside and it was sitting in the RX filing location. Gatorade is spelled incorrectly on your marquis sign. It is incorrectly spelled "gaterade".
Very rude and unprofessional. Would not give me my rx back after they said they couldn't fill in!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS PHARMACY.
