After waiting in line to pick up my prescription, they turned off the lights and told me it was time for a break. Since I had been waiting in line, I asked if they could just quickly help me. The supervisor was rude and unapologetic. I can appreciate rules, as inconvenient as they are, but there is no reason to be rude about it.
Friendly, efficient service!
The problem I have with this particular CVS is that it is staffed poorly. At peak time at 4:30 pm, there is one staff member at the Drop Off station helping a problematic drop off and no other staff member to help the Pick Up customers.
This entire Staff is excellent, great customer service and very well trained . I enjoy my stop each time I visit . Please keep up the great work!
